قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجPosition Overview:Manager - Business Performance will be responsible for Business Performance for driving financial planning, budgeting, performance analytics, and revenue reporting for the hospital. The role ensures alignment of financial performance with the hospital’s strategic goals, provides insights to management, and ensures compliance with taxation (VAT and Corporate Tax) and reporting standards in the UAE healthcare sector. Responsible for preparation of incentives for CBD and inhouse doctors as per their contracts and share SOAs to respective doctors. Also resolve the queries from the doctors in proactive manner.Key Accountabilities:Business Performance Management (Budgeting)Lead the preparation, consolidation, and monitoring of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.Partner with clinical and non-clinical departments to prepare departmental budgets and cost controls.Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to enhance operational and financial performance.Support strategic initiatives such as business plans and new service lines with financial modelling support.2. Business Analytics (Revenue)Analyze and prepare monthly pack with detailed analysis of all revenue streams (IP, OPD, pharmacy, labs, diagnostics) and track growth trendsProvide revenue insights by payer, specialty, and physician productivity by computing Gross Profit margins semi-annuallyDevelop dashboards/KPIs for hospital leadership to track performance.3. Performance Linked Payments & CBDOversee calculation and performance-linked payment structures for consultants, physiciansEnsure accurate calculation, validation, and disbursement of performance-based incentives for CBDs and inhouse Doctors.4. Monthly/Daily Revenue & Accounts Receivable ReportingOversee daily and monthly revenue recognition, ensuring compliance with IFRS and hospital accounting policiesMonitor Accounts Receivable (AR) performance, including insurance collections, ageing analysis, and recovery actionsCoordinate with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to improve collection efficiency and reduce DSOEnsure timely delivery of revenue and receivable reports to management and external stakeholders5. TaxationEnsure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and Corporate Tax lawsReview tax returns, reconciliations, and submissions in line with FTA guidelinesMonitor tax implications of new business initiatives and hospital expansionsEducation & Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or related field, is requiredExperience Minimum of five-seven years’ accounting experience at a supervisory level is requiredTraining, Knowledge & SkillsDemonstrates strong leadership and communication skills by guiding, supporting, and managing the team, including overseeing team performance evaluations to ensure effective collaboration, accountability, and professional growthAwareness and understanding of King’s College Hospital (KCH) policies and initiatives
