Finance Controller

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Controller, Brand & Commercial Finance to support financial governance, reporting accuracy, and performance management across our Brand & Commercial functions. In this role, you will ensure the integrity of financial reporting, oversee budget tracking and month-end close activities, and provide meaningful financial insights to support business decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive financial discipline, reporting excellence, and continuous process improvements.What You'll DoLead month-end closing activities for Brand & Commercial functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.Monitor and track spending against budgets, providing variance analysis and actionable insights on key cost drivers.Review and manage accruals, cost recognition, and financial postings to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.Ensure financial data integrity through accurate cost allocation, reporting validation, and adherence to internal controls.Prepare management reports, financial analyses, and performance insights to support business planning and decision-making.Maintain budget visibility and support budget deployment through accurate system updates and reporting.Partner with Brand, Commercial, and Finance stakeholders to provide clarity on spending, budget utilization, and financial performance.Drive continuous improvements in reporting processes, financial controls, and system automation initiatives.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.Strong experience in Financial Controlling, Management Reporting, FP&A, Commercial Finance, or related finance functions.Solid understanding of month-end close processes, accruals, budgeting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to data accuracy.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.Continuous improvement mindset with an interest in process optimization and reporting automation.
