Ltd. is looking for an experienced Finance Controller to lead our Finance & Accounts function and drive financial governance, compliance, reporting, and strategic financial management.📍 Location: Sector 74A, Gurugram💼 Employment Type: Full-time | Permanent🎓 Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory💼 Experience: 5–7 years post-qualification experienceKey Responsibilities:• Lead monthly, quarterly & annual book closure and financial reporting• Ensure statutory compliance – GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC & Companies Act• Manage statutory, tax, internal & GST audits• Oversee cash flow, working capital and liquidity management• Drive KPI/MIS reporting, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis• Support corporate finance, banking, fundraising and financial planning• Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team• Strengthen internal controls and drive process improvements & automation📩 Interested candidates can share their updated CV at:rekha@mattrade.in
