Finance Coordinator

Role Description The Finance Coordinator at PT Hua Chin Aluminum Indonesia (HCAI) is a part-time, remote role responsible for supporting daily finance and accounting activities. This role includes preparing and reviewing financial reports, assisting with budgeting processes, monitoring expenses, and maintaining accurate financial records. The Finance Coordinator will reconcile accounts, track cash flow, support month-end closing activities, and ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant financial standards. The position also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, responding to finance-related inquiries, and providing data and analysis to support management decisions.Qualifications Strong foundation in Finance and Accounting, with the ability to apply financial principles to day-to-day operations.Proficiency in Financial Reporting, including preparing, reviewing, and interpreting financial statements and management reports.Solid Budgeting skills, with experience in expense tracking, variance analysis, and supporting budget planning cycles.Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.Experience with accounting software and spreadsheets (e.g., ERP systems and Excel), and strong numerical accuracy.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks in a remote setting.Clear written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.Relevant education in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage.
