The role includes preparing and reviewing financial reports, assisting with accounting entries, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and maintaining accurate financial records. The Finance Coordinator will help reconcile accounts, track expenses, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of financial data. This role also involves communicating in Russian and English with stakeholders, assisting with documentation and translations when needed, and supporting the finance team in implementing policies, procedures, and compliance standards.Its important to have skill of P&L report, cash flow, and transaction control; strategic financial management.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Finance and Accounting skills for managing records, entries, and compliance.Candidates should possess solid Financial Reporting skills to prepare, review, and analyze regular financial statements.Candidates should possess effective Budgeting and Analytical Skills to support planning, cost control, and decision-making.Proficiency in Russian and English, with clear written and verbal communication skills.Relevant academic background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.Experience in a finance or accounting support role, preferably within investment, corporate, or professional services environments.
