Finance Data Reporting Specialist

An exciting opportunity for a Finance Data Analyst to join a growing investment team. This is a varied, hands-on role combining data management, Power BI reporting, financial analysis and operational improvement.You will take ownership of key datasets, develop insightful dashboards and management information, and help improve visibility across investment activity and deal flow. Working closely with investment, operations and technology teams, you will turn complex financial data into actionable insights while driving automation, improving processes and supporting better decision-making.Key responsibilities:Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards, reporting and analytical solutions.Maintain data quality, integrity and consistency across multiple systems and sources.Analyse portfolio performance, valuations, investment activity and deal pipeline data.Improve deal-tracking processes, reconciliations and management information.Identify opportunities to streamline processes through automation and AI.Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into meaningful analysis and insight.About you:Strong experience in data analytics, business intelligence or a similar role.Excellent Power BI and dashboard development skills.Experience working with complex financial datasets and multiple data sources.Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.Financial Services ExperienceExperience with SQL, Snowflake, iLevel or similar platforms would be advantageous.This role would suit a commercially minded, detail-oriented analyst who enjoys taking ownership, improving systems and processes, and using data to influence business decisions in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
