Finance Director

Finance Director – INDEVA Reporting to: COO / Group CFOScope: Finance function across 4–5 hotels and the coffee chain of varying sizes.Role PurposeLead the hotels and coffee chain under Indeva's finance function and provide strategic, commercial and financial leadership across all properties, with a focus on profitability, cash flow, controls, governance and return on capital.Key ResponsibilitiesLead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and MIS for the Group and individual properties.Monitor and improve Revenue, Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, GOP, EBITDA and cash flow by advising the sales and revenue team regarding the ongoing trends, from time to time.Partner with GMs and Revenue Management teams to drive profitable revenue growth and cost optimisation.Establish strong controls over procurement, inventory, receivables, payables, payroll and cash.Manage treasury, banking, working capital and financing.Evaluate and monitor capex, renovations, new projects and investment returns.Ensure robust internal controls, statutory compliance, tax, audit and risk management.Standardise finance processes and reporting across all properties.Lead, mentor and develop property Finance Heads and the Group finance team.Support the Board/COO on expansion, acquisitions, valuations, financing and strategic decisions.Ensure all required compliances needed for operations are \complied with.Ideal CandidateCA / CPA / ACCA or equivalent.15–20+ years' experience, preferably with a multi-property hotel/hospitality group.Strong understanding of hotel economics and operating metrics.Commercially oriented, analytical and hands-on.Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills.High integrity with a strong focus on profitability, cash generation and governance.Key Success MeasuresEBITDA & margins | RevPAR | Cash flow | Cost optimisation | Working capital | ROI on Capex | Controls & compliance | Quality of MISThe ideal candidate is not merely an accounting head, but a commercially oriented Finance Director who can translate hotel operating performance into profitability, cash flow and return on capital.
