Position OverviewAre you an experienced finance leader looking for a broad country eadership role within a complex multinational environmentOur client is seeking a Finance Director to take ownership of its finance and administrative functions across Saudi Arabia.Leading a team of approximately 10, this is a highly visible role which requires a direct and hands on focus across financial reporting, treasury, tax and legal entity governance. With regular interaction across senior country and regional stakeholders, as well as external auditors, financial institutions, tax advisors and government authorities, this position provides the successful candidate with genuine influence over the financial direction and effectiveness of the Saudi operation.RequirementsGiven the breadth and seniority of the position, our client is looking for candidates who can demonstrate:Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related discipline.Minimum 10 years in senior roles with progressively increasing responsibilityStrong experience operating within a complex FMCG globally operating multinational organisationIn-depth knowledge across accounting, IFRS, taxation, treasury and legal entity financial management.Strong understanding of the Saudi economic, regulatory and business environment, combined with excellent senior stakeholder management and communication skills.
