Finance Director - M&A, IPO and Fin Ops

We’re Hiring: Finance Director | High-Growth Technology Company | KSAWe are looking for an exceptional Finance Director to join our leadership team and help build and scale the finance organization for the next stage of growth.This is a high-impact role for a finance leader who combines deep finance operations expertise with strategic finance, M&A, and IPO experience, along with strong knowledge of the Saudi market.Key RequirementThis role is based in Saudi Arabia and candidates must:Be currently based in KSABe a fluent Arabic speakerHave strong, hands-on Saudi market experienceUnderstand the local regulatory, commercial, and business environmentHave experience working with Saudi stakeholders, investors, institutions, and/or high-growth businesses in the KingdomWhat You’ll OwnLead and scale the company’s finance operations, including reporting, accounting, treasury, controls, tax, and financial governance.Build scalable finance processes, systems, and controls to support rapid growth and expansion.Lead budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, financial modelling, and management reporting.Partner closely with the CEO, leadership team, and Board on financial strategy and decision-making.Drive IPO readiness, including institutional-quality reporting, controls, governance, audit, and capital markets preparation.Support M&A and corporate development, including financial due diligence, valuation, transaction execution, and post-acquisition integration.Lead relationships with auditors, investors, investment banks, advisors, and financial institutions.Build and develop a high-performing finance team and establish a culture of analytical rigor and operational excellence.Drive finance transformation through automation, data, and technology.What We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for someone with 12–18+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally within technology, SaaS, fintech, software, marketplaces, or another high-growth environment.You should have:Deep, hands-on finance operations and controllership experienceProven experience scaling finance functions in high-growth businessesStrong FP&A and financial modelling capabilitiesMeaningful IPO / IPO-readiness experienceSignificant M&A and transaction experienceStrong Saudi Arabia / KSA market experienceExperience working closely with CEOs, Boards, investors, auditors, and external advisorsStrong understanding of technology business models, KPIs, unit economics, and capital allocationExceptional communication skills and executive presenceFluency in Arabic and EnglishEducationWe are particularly interested in candidates with strong academic credentials, ideally from a leading university in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or another quantitative discipline.MBA, CFA, ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent qualifications are highly valued.The ProfileThe ideal candidate is someone who can build the finance engine while thinking strategically.You should be equally comfortable with:Building sophisticated financial modelsScaling finance operations and systemsNavigating the Saudi business environmentPreparing a business for an IPOLeading financial due diligence for an acquisitionAdvising on capital allocation and fundraisingPresenting financial performance and strategy to the BoardThis is an opportunity to play a **critical leadership
