Finance ERP Implementation OfficerReports To: Senior Group Finance DirectorLocation: Abu Dhabi, UAEAbout The Role The Finance ERP Implementation Officer will serve as the dedicated Finance representative for the Oracle Fusion ERP implementation across Ohana Group. The role will act as the bridge between Finance, IT, business users, and implementation partners to ensure successful deployment of Oracle Fusion and alignment of system functionalities with Finance requirements. Following go-live, the role will transition into the Finance ERP Custodian responsible for reporting, business intelligence, user support, system governance, and continuous improvement.Oracle Fusion ERP ImplementationAct as the Finance focal point throughout the Oracle Fusion implementation project.Participate in solution design workshops and business process mapping activities.Gather, document, and validate Finance business requirements.Support future-state finance process design and implementation.Coordinate Finance deliverables with consultants and project stakeholders.Support Chart of Accounts, reporting hierarchy, workflow and control design.Review and validate ERP configurations.Data Migration & ValidationCoordinate data cleansing and migration activities.Validate master data, balances, and migration files.Reconcile migrated data with legacy systems.Ensure completeness and accuracy of migrated financial information.Testing & Quality AssurancePrepare and execute UAT scripts and scenarios.Document and track issues through resolution.Validate accounting transactions, reports, and financial outputs.Training & Change ManagementSupport finance user training programs.Prepare user guides and standard operating procedures.Act as first-line support for finance users during and after go-live.ERP Governance & ReportingBecome Finance Super User and ERP Custodian post implementation.Maintain finance reporting structures and controls.Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs.Support OTBI, Smart View, Power BI, and management reporting requirements.Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, MIS, or related field.Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CMA, ACA, or CIMA) preferred.3–7 years of relevant finance, reporting, transformation, or ERP experience.ERP implementation experience preferred.Oracle Fusion experience highly desirable.Technical Skills & CompetenciesStrong Finance and Accounting knowledge.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Power BI reporting experience.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Project coordination and continuous improvement mindset.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Successful Finance participation in Oracle Fusion implementation.Timely completion of project deliverables and UAT activities.Accuracy of migrated financial data.High ERP user adoption levels.Timely and accurate delivery of management reports and dashboards.
