This role involves preparing, reviewing, and maintaining book of accounts in Busy Software, preparing financial statements and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting and tax regulations. The Finance Executive will support financial reporting processes, assist in GST-related computations and filings, and contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing financial analysis, reconciling accounts, monitoring cash flows, and preparing management reports to support decision-making. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams, responding to queries from clients and management, and contributing to process improvements in finance operations.QualificationsCandidate should have at least 2-3 years of experience in book keeping, filing GST returns and Deduction and depositing TDS/ TCS and filing TDS/ TCS Returns.Candidates should possess strong skills in Finance and Analytical Skills to interpret data, support decision-making, and improve financial performance.Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to prepare, review, and present accurate and timely financial information.Candidates should possess knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and related regulatory requirements to manage compliance, filings, and reconciliations.Candidates should possess proficiency in accounting principles, ledger management, and basic bookkeeping, with familiarity in business process management environments.Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and proficiency in MS Excel and financial software or ERP tools.Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a structured, on-site team environment.Relevant academic background such as a degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA/CPA/ICWA or equivalent) are an advantage.
