We work closely with founders, investors, and professionals to deliver practical, execution-focused solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare financial statements in accordance with Schedule III of the Companies Act, 2013.Prepare and review Balance Sheets, Statements of Profit & Loss, Cash Flow Statements, and Notes to Accounts.Ensure accurate maintenance and reconciliation of books of accounts.Prepare and file ROC forms, including annual and event-based filings, through the MCA portal.Handle GST compliance, including preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns, and reconciliation of GST records.Prepare and file Income Tax Returns for companies, LLPs, partnership firms, and individuals.Complete Director KYC (DIR-3 KYC) filings and ensure compliance with MCA regulations.Assist in statutory audits, tax audits, and financial due diligence assignments.Coordinate with clients, auditors, and regulatory authorities to ensure timely completion of statutory compliances.Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance with applicable provisions under the Companies Act, GST laws, and Income Tax Act.Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely completion of all statutory filing deadlines.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.CA Inter, CMA Inter, or candidates pursuing professional qualifications will be preferred.1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, taxation, or ROC compliance.Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Schedule III Financial Statements under the Companies Act, 2013.Hands-on experience with ROC filings, MCA compliances, and Director KYC filings.Sound understanding of GST and Income Tax compliance.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Zoho Books, Tally, or QuickBooks.Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple assignments and meet strict deadlines.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Why Join Us?Work with a dynamic portfolio of startups, SMEs, and established businesses across multiple industries.Gain hands-on experience in financial reporting, taxation, corporate compliance, and regulatory advisory.Opportunity to work closely with experienced finance and compliance professionals.A collaborative work environment that encourages continuous learning, professional development, and career growth.
