🚨 WE’RE HIRING | EXECUTIVE – FINANCE 🚨📍 Location: Mumbai💼 Department: Finance👤 Experience: 1–3 Years💰 CTC: ₹4,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum📌 Reporting To: Finance ManagerAre you a detail-oriented finance professional with strong MIS reporting, reconciliation and Excel skills?We are looking for an Executive – Finance to join our Finance team and support financial reporting, project cost monitoring, vendor payments and debt & interest tracking.🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:📊 Cost MIS Reporting:• Prepare periodic Cost MIS reports for management review• Monitor project-wise expenses• Maintain cost data and supporting schedules📈 Sales MIS Reporting:• Prepare monthly Sales MIS reports💳 Vendor Payment Management:• Verify vendor invoices and supporting documents• Process vendor payments as per approved payment terms• Process vendor payments through lenders📁 Financial Record Maintenance:• Maintain proper documentation of invoices, payment records and MIS reports• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities• Support internal and statutory audit requirements🏦 Debt & Interest Monitoring:• Prepare monthly debt outstanding statements covering bank loans, term loans, working capital facilities and other borrowings• Track repayment schedules and timely servicing of debt obligations• Prepare monthly lender-wise interest MIS covering accruals and payments• Reconcile loan balances with lender statements and accounting records• Generate reports on outstanding debt, interest expenses and upcoming repayment obligations🎯 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:✔️ Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or a related field✔️ 1–3 years of experience in Finance, Accounts or MIS Reporting✔️ Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting✔️ Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and MIS reporting✔️ Experience with ERP/Accounting software will be preferred⭐ KEY SKILLS:🔹 Financial Analysis🔹 MIS Reporting🔹 Accounts Payable🔹 Data Reconciliation🔹 MS Excel & ERP SystemsIf you are looking to build your career in Finance, MIS, Accounts Payable and financial reporting, we would love to hear from you!📩 Interested candidates can share their updated CV in the comments/DM or apply for the opportunity.Know someone who could be a great fit?
