Finance Executive

Havas Singapore is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our team and support the day-to-day management of finance operations across our business units including accounts receivable and accounts payable, intercompany transactions, bank reconciliations, month-end closing, and financial reporting, while ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations.Job Responsibilities:Responsible for Accounts Receivable function which includes timely and accurate billing to clientsEnsure vendor invoices are validated, recorded timely and accurately into systemMonitor project status, WIP and identify projects to billPerform job reconciliation and ensure timely job closureProcess and manage intercompany billings and monitor ageing balancesPerform intercompany reconciliation and reportingPerform monthly bank reconciliationsMaintain monthly exchange rates and foreign currency revaluationMaintain and update the fixed assets ledgerPerform month-end closing activities and prepares monthly financial reportsAssist with balance sheet account reconciliationPrepare journal entries for month-end closingEnsure compliance with financial regulations, policies and guidelinesProvide support during the annual financial auditIdentify and review of work process and changes within scope of workAssist in other finance-related tasks and projects as assignedJob Requirements:Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the service/ professional industry.Minimum Diploma in Accountancy, Finance or equivalentProficient in Microsoft ExcelExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsMeticulous and responsible team player who can meet tight deadlinesProblem-solving, analytical and time management skillsAble to work independently as well as in a teamAbout HavasFounded in 1835 in Paris, Havas is one of the world’s largest global communications groups, with nearly 23,000 people in over 100 countries.
