Finance Executive

About the CompanyAspire Manpower Services is a professional EOR, Manpower Outsourcing, Recruitment, Payroll, and Staffing Solutions provider in the UAE, supporting organizations with end-to-end workforce solutions across multiple industries.About the RoleWe are currently hiring a Finance Executive on behalf of one of our prestigious clients in the UAE.ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day accounting and finance operations.Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations.Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing.Prepare financial reports, management reports, and supporting schedules.Monitor cash flow, expenses, outstanding payments, and receivables.Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Ensure proper documentation of invoices, payments, receipts, and financial transactions.Assist with UAE VAT compliance, VAT returns, and supporting documentation.Support audit requirements and coordinate with internal/external auditors when required.Ensure compliance with company financial policies, procedures, and UAE regulations.Coordinate with operations, HR, procurement, and other departments on finance-related matters.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in a Finance/Accounting role.Required SkillsStrong knowledge of accounting principles, AP, AR, reconciliation, and financial reporting.Good understanding of UAE VAT and local financial practices.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software.Strong analytical and numerical skills.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.Preferred SkillsCandidates with experience in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms will be preferred.Pay range and compensation packageSalary Range: AED 8,000 – 10,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.Equal Opportunity StatementInterested candidates who meet the above requirements are encouraged to apply.
