Job Title: Finance Operations Executive (Payment Verification) Location: SingaporeJob Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Finance Operations Executive to support daily financial operations, with a primary focus on verifying and processing payments. The ideal candidate will ensure all disbursements are accurate, compliant, and well-documented. This role requires effective communication in both English and Mandarin, as it involves coordination with internal teams and external partners across multiple regions.Key Responsibilities:Verify all payment requests to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies and approval workflows.Cross-check invoices, contracts, and supporting documentation before initiating paymentsValidate bank account details and payment instructions to prevent errors or fraud.Coordinate payment processing across various platforms.Monitor and track payment statuses to ensure timely disbursement and resolve any failed or delayed transactions.Review staff travel requests and expense claims to ensure compliance with travel policies and approved budgets.Collaborate with cross-functional departments to clarify discrepancies or obtain missing documentation.Escalate suspicious or non-compliant transactions to the relevant departments representative for further review.Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparation of payment reports.Cross-check monthly financial statements provided by Group Finance against internal records and documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency.Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of payment transactions and reconciliations.Assist in optimizing finance workflows to improve operational efficiency and ensure compliance.Learn how to assess cost-effectiveness and performance across various advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, affiliate tools) and help define audit points to validate spending accuracy.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.1 to 2 years of experience in finance operations, payment verification, or accounts payable.Good understanding of payment procedures, financial controls, and reconciliation processes.Eagerness to learn and work with non-finance platforms (e.g., marketing and advertising tools).Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across departments.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
