More than just clothing, KSHM is building a cultural movement around mindful living and conscious fashion.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Senior Finance Executive to independently manage finance operations, ensure statutory compliance, and provide strong financial visibility to leadership. This role requires hands-on execution, ownership, and the ability to operate confidently in a fast-growing D2C startup environment.What You’ll DoFinance & AccountingOwn end-to-end bookkeeping, accounting entries, and reconciliationsManage invoicing, collections, vendor payments, and expense approvalsPrepare MIS reports, financial dashboards, and monthly / quarterly closing reportsMonitor cash flow, budgets, and runway planningPartner with founders on financial insights and reportingCoordinate with auditors, tax consultants, bankers, and external advisorsMaintain contracts, invoices, and statutory documentationEnsure statutory compliance including GST, TDS, ROC filings, PF/ESIC (if applicable)Payments & ComplianceOversee payroll inputs, reimbursements, and salary disbursementsOwn compliance calendars, filings, and statutory record-keepingEnsure audit readiness and timely statutory submissionsWho You AreStrong understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, payroll, and Indian statutory compliance2–5 years of hands-on experience in finance and compliance rolesProficient with Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting toolsHighly detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable with full ownershipStrong communication and stakeholder coordination skillsStartup or D2C experience is a plusWhy Join KSHMHigh-ownership role with direct founder exposureOpportunity to build scalable finance systemsWork in a fast-growing brand with a 101K+ digital communityCalm, wellness-first, culture-driven environment
