The company continues to expand its geographical reach and service offerings to meet evolving market demands.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Finance Executive role based in Greater Noida. The Finance Executive will manage day-to-day finance operations, including preparing and reviewing financial statements, maintaining ledgers, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Responsibilities include monitoring cash flows, assisting in budgeting and forecasting, and supporting senior management with financial analysis and performance insights. The role involves handling Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance, coordinating with internal teams and external auditors, and ensuring adherence to relevant financial regulations and policies. The Finance Executive will also contribute to process improvements, help optimize costs, and support decision-making with clear, data-driven reports.QualificationsStrong knowledge of Finance and Financial Reporting, with the ability to interpret and present financial data clearly.Experience preparing and analyzing Financial Statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and cash flow statements.Proficient Analytical Skills to evaluate financial performance, identify trends, and support strategic recommendations.Hands-on experience with Goods and Services Tax (GST) calculations, filings, and compliance procedures.Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, MBA in Finance) are an advantage.Familiarity with accounting software and MS Excel, including use of formulas, pivot tables, and basic modeling.Attention to detail, integrity in handling financial data, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
