Finance Executive

Job Description:The Finance Executive will assume a pivotal role in overseeing financial operations,strategic planning, and compliance. This position requires a seasoned professionalwith a strong background in finance, accounting, and analytical skills to contribute tothe financial success and stability of the company.Responsibilities:1.Financial Planning and Analysis:Develop, implement, and monitor financial strategies to achieve organisational goals.Conduct financial analysis, forecasts, and budgeting to support decision-making.2. Financial Reporting:Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements to key stakeholders.Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and reporting standards.3. Tax Planning and Strategy: Develop and implement tax strategies to optimise the company's tax position.Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax-related documents.4. Compliance and Risk Management:Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.Implement risk management strategies and internal controls.5. Budget & Cash Flow Management:Collaborate in the creation and management of departmental and overall organisational budgets.Monitor variances and provide insights to optimise financial performance.Manage and forecast cash flow requirements & Implement strategies to enhance liquidity and mitigate financial risks.6. Audit Coordination & Financial Decision Support:Facilitate external audits and ensure a smooth audit process.Address audit findings and implement corrective actions as needed.Provide financial insights and guidance to support strategic decision-making.Collaborate with leadership to analyse potential investments and financial implications.Education Requirements:Bachelor’s & Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CFA designation preferred.Knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and reporting standards.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in financial management software and Microsoft Excel.Experience:Minimum of 0-1 years of proven experience in finance management, accounting or a related role.Proven experience in finance management, accounting, or a similar role.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Performing month end closing activities as per timelines.Smooth transition of operations to new premises.Facing & handling audits & tax authorities assessments.Had exposure to account receivables from right from order, billing till collection
