We currently sell on our own website and Amazon India, and are rapidly expanding to new marketplaces.Roles and ResponsibilitiesDay-to-day Tally entries, ledger and bank reconciliationTaxation : GST computation, TDS, return filingMonthly P&L and balance sheet preparation (with provisions)Tracking of CM1, CM2, and CM3 profitabilityPO, payment managementOngoing investor-grade MIS reportingBeing the go-to point person for audit and compliance documentationQualificationCA-Inter/semi-qualified, or M.Com or MBA Finance with strong hands-on Tally, GST, and TDS experience2-4 years of experience, with a strong preference for a D2C or e-commerce backgroundStrong grasp of contribution margin analysis and cost structuresDocumentation disciplineNice to haveExposure to investor due diligenceExperience building or improving a reconciliation process from scratch, not just following oneFamiliarity with Shopify, Uniware, or Shiprocket, or a similar D2C ops stack
