By joining our team, you will become part of a journey that helps people discover their fullest potential.Website & InstagramLocation: Worli, Mumbai (onsite)Experience: 1 - 2 yearsBudget: 30k - 35k per month, depending on the experience and fitWorking model: Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pmRole Overview: As a Finance Executive, you will be responsible for managing the company’s day-to-day financial operations, ensuring timely payouts, coordinating with external finance partners, and serving as the primary finance point of contact for our guides and their teams. This role requires someone who enjoys working with numbers while also being comfortable communicating with people.Key Responsibilities:Manage daily payouts to guides and vendors with accuracy and timeliness.Coordinate with external finance and accounting agencies for vendor payments, reconciliations, and compliance.Maintain records of payments, invoices, reimbursements, and financial documentation.Ensure accurate processing and understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.Support monthly bookkeeping, reconciliations, and finance operations.Work closely with internal teams to resolve payment-related queries.Coordinate directly with guides and their finance teams regarding payouts, invoices, documentation, and financial queries.Maintain and update finance trackers, and Excel-based reconciliation sheets.Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and automate repetitive tasks where possible.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.CS (Company Secretary), BAF, or equivalent finance/accounting qualification preferred.Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial operations.Good working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (formulas, filters, pivot tables, lookups preferred).Experience handling payouts, reconciliations, or vendor finance is preferred.Skills We’re Looking ForExcellent attention to detail and accuracy.Strong organisational and time management skills.Good communication and stakeholder management skills.Comfortable working with external partners and cross-functional teams.Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple priorities.Proactive, dependable, and solution-oriented.Why Join SoulSensei?Be part of one of India’s fastest-growing spiritual wellness platforms.Contribute to building scalable finance operations.Collaborative, entrepreneurial, and high-impact work environment.
