You'll work closely with leadership, auditors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure our finance function runs smoothly while supporting strategic business decisions.If you're someone who enjoys ownership, loves solving financial problems, and believes finance should enable business growth-not just report on it-this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & BudgetingAssist in preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Monitor departmental budgets and track actual expenditure against approved budgets. Analyze cost variances and recommend corrective actions. Monitor profitability and key financial metrics. Support management with financial insights for strategic planning. Cash Flow & Working CapitalPrepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow statements. Forecast cash requirements and optimize working capital. Ensure sufficient liquidity for business operations. Coordinate with internal stakeholders on fund requirements. Accounting & Financial ReportingMaintain accurate books of accounts in accordance with accounting standards. Record financial transactions accurately and on time. Perform ledger scrutiny and account reconciliations. Prepare monthly MIS reports and management dashboards. Complete bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations. Manage month-end and year-end closing activities. Present financial reports, trends, and variance analysis to leadership. Accounts Receivable & PayableMonitor receivables, collections, and ageing reports. Coordinate with account management teams to improve collections. Maintain healthy debtor cycles. Verify vendor invoices and supporting documentation. Process vendor payments within agreed timelines. Resolve payment discrepancies and maintain vendor reconciliations. Statutory ComplianceEnsure timely GST, TDS, PF, PT, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances. Coordinate with consultants, auditors, and statutory authorities. Ensure zero compliance delays or penalties. Audit & Internal ControlsPrepare schedules and documentation for internal and statutory audits. Coordinate audit activities and close observations promptly. Strengthen internal financial controls and documentation. Continuously improve finance processes and reporting standards. Business PartnershipCollaborate with HR, Operations, Client Servicing, and Leadership on budgeting, payroll, procurement, and business planning. Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants, and vendors. Support management with accurate financial insights for decision-making. What We're Looking ForExperience1–3 years of experience in Finance & Accounts. Experience in advertising, marketing, media, or service industries is preferred. Experience managing audits and statutory compliance. Technical SkillsStrong accounting fundamentals. Proficiency in: Tally ERP / Tally Prime Zoho Books Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets MS Office You Will Thrive Here If YouHave exceptional attention to detail.
