The company’s long-term mission is to enable anyone to move from an idea, drawing, or specification to a production-grade 3D model and beyond.Role Description: The Finance Executive role is a full-time= position based in Bengaluru. The Finance Executive will manage day-to-day finance operations, including preparing and reviewing financial statements, overseeing bookkeeping activities, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. This role will support GST and other tax compliance, assist in budgeting and forecasting, monitor cash flow, and help maintain internal controls and documentation. The Finance Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide analytical insights to support decision-making, assist in audits, and contribute to process improvements in financial management.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Finance and Financial Statements skills, including an understanding of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret financial data to provide actionable insights.Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports in line with applicable standards.Candidates should possess knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance, filings, and reconciliation.Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA Inter, CMA, CPA equivalent) are an advantage.Proficiency with accounting software and Excel, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment, communicate clearly with non-finance stakeholders, and maintain high ethical and confidentiality standards.- Controllership & Compliance ● Books of accounts and monthly close for the India entity; coordination with our US CPA on the US entity's books and filings● End-to-end statutory compliance: GST, TDS, ROC/MCA filings, and the annual compliance calendar ● Payroll processing and employee compliance (PF, ESI, PT, gratuity) ● Cross-border hygiene: intercompany agreements and reconciliations, transfer pricing documentation, FEMA/RBI filings ● Statutory, tax, and internal audit coordination; internal controls and finance policies Treasury & Working Capital ● Cash flow planning and treasury management across entities and currencies ● Banking relationships, forex, and payment operations ● Working capital discipline: receivables follow-through, vendor terms, and continuous runway tracking Billing, AR/AP & Vendor Management ● Invoicing and collections for enterprise OEM customers across geographies — both milestone/project billing and subscription billing ● Revenue recognition across services and product/subscription lines● Accounts payable, vendor onboarding, contract compliance, and dispute resolution FP&A, MIS & Board Reporting ● Annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis with functional leaders ● Monthly MIS and board packs on a fixed calendar● SaaS and services metrics: ARR, NRR, gross margin by revenue line, burn, and runway ● Financial inputs for pricing and commercial decisions. Fundraising & Investor Relations (Mandatory) ● Hands-on support for institutional fundraising: financial model, valuation inputs, and runway scenarios ● Build and maintain a diligence-ready investor data room as a standing asset ● Drive financial due diligence to close; coordinate founders, investors, auditors, company secretary, and legal counsel ● Investor MIS and reporting cadence post-raise; cap table and ESOP administration support. Systems & Process ● Own the finance stack (accounting/ERP, payroll, expenses, billing) and automate manual workflows ● Document SOPs so the function is audit- and diligence-ready by default MUST-HAVES● 8–10 years in finance & accounts, including 3–5 years in a VC-funded SaaS or technology startup ● Hands-on participation in at least one institutional fundraising round — data room, due diligence, and investor reporting. This is non-negotiable. ● Strong command of Indian accounting standards, direct and indirect taxation, and corporate compliance● Experience running statutory audits and building internal controls ● Fluency in SaaS metrics and startup finance. ● Real fundraising exposure — you are in the room for the raise, not formatting spreadsheets outside it.
