With more than 33,000 employees, the company generated sales of CHF 11.20 billion in 2025.Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Finance Executive with deep expertise in cost accounting, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), and SAP S/4HANA. The role will be responsible for driving cost efficiency, supporting business decision-making, and ensuring accurate financial reporting through advanced ERP systems.Key Responsibilities1. Financial Management & ReportingOversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processesPrepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with IFRS/local GAAPEnsure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reportingPartner with senior management to present financial insights and recommendations2. Costing & Profitability AnalysisLead all aspects of cost accounting, including standard costing, variance analysis, and product costingAnalyze manufacturing/service costs and identify cost optimization opportunitiesDrive profitability analysis by product, customer, and business unitMonitor overhead allocation, activity-based costing (ABC), and cost control initiatives3. SAP S/4HANA ManagementAct as a key finance lead for SAP S/4HANA (FI/CO modules)Ensure effective system utilization for costing, reporting, and controllingSupport SAP implementation, upgrades, and enhancementsCollaborate with IT and business teams on system improvements and automationEnsure master data integrity (cost centers, profit centers, material costing, etc.)4. Budgeting, Forecasting & PlanningLead budgeting and forecasting processes across the organizationDevelop financial models to support strategic decisionsTrack actual vs budget performance and provide variance analysisSupport long-term financial planning and business strategy5.
