This role is responsible for managing and reviewing financial statements, overseeing financial reporting, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing financial performance, preparing management reports, ensuring compliance with relevant tax regulations, and supporting internal controls and audit requirements. The Finance Executive will collaborate with project and management teams to provide financial insights for real estate investments and operations, and contribute to process improvements that enhance accuracy and efficiency in financial workflows.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Finance and Analytical Skills to support decision-making and evaluate project and investment performance.Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to ensure accurate accounting records and compliant disclosures.Candidates should possess knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and relevant tax regulations to assist with compliance and proper tax treatment.Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling, with the ability to work with ERP or accounting software.Candidates should possess excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA) is mandatory.Prior UAE experience in real estate development, or construction industry is mandatory.Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
