In 2021, GNG Developers expanded its portfolio with “Chow’s Kitchen,” a Pan-Asian delivery brand that received strong market acceptance. With a flagship restaurant now operating in Agra, GNG Developers is working toward opening in 5+ locations by the end of 2025.Role Description The Finance Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. This role involves preparing, reviewing, and maintaining financial statements, ledgers, and records for the company’s restaurant and cloud kitchen operations. The Finance Executive will manage financial reporting cycles, ensure compliance with Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations, and support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing financial data, identifying variances, supporting cost control initiatives, and collaborating with operations and management teams to provide financial insights for decision-making. The role also includes coordinating with auditors, maintaining documentation for statutory requirements, and contributing to process improvements in financial systems and controls.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Finance and Financial Statements, including preparation, review, and reconciliation.Candidates should possess excellent Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support business decisions.Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Reporting, including management reports, variance analysis, and performance dashboards.Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations and related compliance processes.Relevant bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets (e.g., Excel) and comfort working with data.Strong attention to detail, integrity in handling financial information, and ability to meet deadlines.Prior experience in hospitality, restaurant, or retail sectors is an advantage.
