Finance Executive (NBFC)

Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end statutory compliancesGST: Filing returns, reconciling input/output credits, and ensuring timely paymentsTDS: Deduction, deposit, and filing of returns as per applicable lawsIncome Tax: Assisting in computations, compliance, and coordination with auditorsPF & ESIC: Timely contributions, reconciliation, and return filingProfessional Tax and other state/local statutory compliancesMaintain accurate books of accounts and general ledger entriesProcess vendor payments and manage employee reimbursementsAssist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportingCoordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and statutory authorities for audits and assessmentsMonitor bank transactions, reconciliations, and cash flowsSupport budgeting and forecasting activitiesStay updated with changes in financial regulations and taxation lawsRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce1–3 years of experience in accounting and statutory complianceMinimum 3 years of hands-on experience with ZohoStrong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and other statutory regulationsHands-on experience with Tally or other accounting softwareStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracyGood communication skills for liaising with auditors, vendors, and employeesPreferredExperience in a startup, NBFC, or fintech environmentAbility to manage multiple statutory deadlines simultaneously
