Job Title: Finance ExecutiveLocation: Tanjong Malim, PerakIndustry: Automotive ManufacturingJob Summary:Finance Executive is responsible for assisting in financial operations, including transaction processing, reporting, and compliance. This role supports financial planning, budgeting, and maintaining accurate records while ensuring adherence to accounting standards and company policies.Job Descriptions:1) Financial Operations & Reporting:Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.Ensure timely processing of payments, invoices, and other financial transactions.2) Budgeting & Cost Control:Assist in budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.Monitor company expenses and support cost-control initiatives.Help in cash flow management and financial planning.3) Compliance & Audits:Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.Support financial audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.Assist in implementing internal controls and financial risk management procedures.4) Administrative & Cross-Department Support:Collaborate with other departments on financial matters and reporting.Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.Assist in any other financial or administrative tasks as required by management.Job Requirements:Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in manufacturing or automotive.Basic knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and budgeting.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excited to join our team?
