About the RoleWe’re looking for a Finance Intern to support our Budget & Treasury function. In this role, you’ll get hands-on experience in managing company finances — from budgeting and forecasting to treasury operations and financial reporting. You’ll work closely with the finance team to ensure our financial activities run smoothly and efficiently while gaining exposure to real-world finance operations in a fast-growing company.About FlipRafi, Luqman, and Anjar, who were college friends in Universitas Indonesia, started Flip as a project in 2015 to transfer payments to each other at a fraction of what banks would charge them. Fair treatment for employees means we establish clear goals, facilitate our employees to achieve them, and value their contribution to the company with equitable benefits.What You'll Do:Assist with budget preparation, monitoring, and analysisSupport cash flow management and forecasting processesHelp reconcile bank statements and financial recordsPrepare financial reports and presentationsParticipate in treasury operations such as managing cash positionsSupport accounts payable and receivable processesAssist with financial data collection and analysisLearn financial software systems and toolsCollaborate with finance team members on special projectsWhat You'll Need:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business-related fieldGood communication skills, both verbal and written (Bahasa & English)Strong analytical and Excel skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyEagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environmentBasic knowledge of Accounting, Finance, and TaxAble to join the team immediately
