Job Responsibilities Lead the initiative to clear the backlog of pending items within our accounting software (NetSuite, Oracle, ApprovalMax)Organize and maintain the physical filing systems for two distinct business entitiesAssist in the digitization of key records to improve future workflow efficiencyAssist in the preparation and providing necessary operational support for upcoming audit preparationProvide ad-hoc support to the Finance Leader on special projects, report generation, or administrative tasks as neededRequirementsCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative fieldBasic understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and financial ratiosExposure to accounting software (SAP, Oracle, Netsuite) is a significant advantageHigh level of accuracy when working with large data sets and complex numbersAbility to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAbility to handle sensitive financial data and maintain strict confidentialityTech-savvy, having a "can-do" attitude toward reconciling discrepancies or finding more efficient ways to track dataBenefitsPaid internship with monthly allowanceGain hands-on experience in insurtech industry
