Interns will join a team committed to empowering organizations and individuals to realize their potential for success and sustainable growth.Role Description The Finance Intern will support the finance and accounting teams with day-to-day tasks such as assisting in the preparation and review of financial statements, maintaining accurate records, and performing basic bookkeeping activities. Responsibilities include helping with financial analysis, data entry and reconciliation, and supporting tax and compliance-related documentation under supervision. The intern will collaborate with team members to prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for internal use and client projects, while learning to use relevant accounting and finance tools. This is an internship role based on-site in Petaling Jaya, where the intern will gain practical experience in a consulting environment and participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support financial decision-making.Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Finance, with an understanding of basic financial concepts and corporate finance principles.Candidates should possess skills related to Financial Statements, including familiarity with income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.Candidates should possess Accounting skills, such as basic bookkeeping, journal entry preparation, and an understanding of accounting standards.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly, collaborate with team members, and interact professionally with clients.Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office productivity tools; experience with accounting or financial software is an advantage.Strong attention to detail, integrity in handling confidential information, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced consulting environment.Ability to work on-site in Petaling Jaya and commit to the agreed internship duration.
