Job DescriptionAssist in preparing journal vouchers for posting by the GL SupervisorSupport the GL team in reconciling bank statements, intercompany accounts, and balance sheet accountsOrganize and maintain financial documents to ensure they are complete, accurate, and easy to trackMaintain and update transaction trackers at the operational levelVerify payment documents, such as invoices and supporting documents for employee claimsJob RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance AdministrationActive students with no classes to attend, or Fresh Graduates, are welcome to apply.Familiar with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and basic data formatting)Familiar with accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or Infor M3 is a plusAvailable for a 12 month internship program
