Employment Type: InternshipDuration: [3–6 Months]Stipend: Reporting To: Finance ExecutiveAbout the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Intern to support our EMI financingoperations.

The intern will assist with processing and monitoring customer financing transactions,coordinating with lending/financing partners, maintaining financial records, and ensuring timelyreconciliation and documentation.This role is ideal for someone interested in finance operations, consumer lending, EMI processing,reconciliation, and financial services.Key Responsibilities

• Assist in processing and monitoring customer EMI financing transactions.
• Verify customer and transaction details as per internal processes and financing partnerrequirements.
• Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, fintech/lending partners, and internal sales/operations teamsregarding EMI cases.
• Track financing applications from initiation through approval, disbursement, and settlement.
• Maintain accurate records of EMI transactions, approvals, cancellations, refunds, andsettlements.
• Perform daily/weekly reconciliation of EMI transactions against bank, payment gateway, andfinancing partner reports.
• Identify discrepancies in transaction amounts, settlements, refunds, or commissions andescalate them appropriately.
• Assist in preparing MIS reports related to EMI sales, approvals, disbursements, outstandingcases, and settlements.
• Follow up on pending approvals, documentation, settlement issues, and transactionexceptions.
• Support invoice, payment, and financial documentation related to EMI transactions.
• Maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist the finance team with month-end closing and other finance-related activities.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and applicable processes for financing transactions.Required Skills & Qualifications
• Currently pursuing or recently completed B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), or a relatedfinance/accounting course.
• Basic understanding of accounting and financial concepts.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with formulas such asVLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIF, and Pivot Tables is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information.
