About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This is for university students looking to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis within a dynamic business environment. The role will also involve working closely with financial data, ensuring its accuracy, completeness, and consistency across reports and systems.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, dashboards, and variance analysesPerform data reconciliation across multiple systems and reports to ensure consistency and accuracyValidate and check financial data for completeness, identifying discrepancies and following up on variancesAssist in maintaining clean and reliable datasets for reporting and analysisAnalyze financial performance against budgets and provide insights on key trends and driversHelp maintain and improve financial models and reporting toolsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial and operational dataParticipate in ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as assignedRequirementsCurrently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft ExcelGood understanding of financial concepts and accounting principlesStrong attention to detail, especially when handling large datasetsEffective communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a team
