The product is still being defined. Requirements, partners, and the first real aircraft are being shaped now. Finance at this stage is not just reporting, it’s building the foundations, keeping the company investment-ready, and giving leadership the clarity to make bold decisions.The roleYou’ll own finance end to end:Accounting, controlling, forecasting, and long-term planningBuilding the financial architecture from early-stage agility through to scale-up disciplineCompliance, transparency, and precision in a complex environmentCash-flow strategy, investment readiness, and capital efficiencyActing as a strategic partner to leadership, turning data into decisionsTitle can flex to Lead of Finance or Head of Finance depending on your experience and how you want to position the role.What they’re looking forProven experience in finance, accounting, or controlling, ideally deep-tech or robotics company backgroundA builder’s mindset: structured, fast, resourcefulComfortable switching between strategy and hands-on executionStrong communicator who can turn numbers into a clear story for internal teams and external stakeholdersFluency in German and EnglishGenuine interest in solving real-world logistics and aviation challengesWhy this is interestingMission-driven work in sustainable logistics and autonomous cargoEarly enough that you shape the systems, not inherit themCross-functional work with engineering and operationsHybrid options around the Munich hubReal ownership and room to grow as the company scalesIf this sounds like you, please apply to the job.
