Finance Leadership CA(SA): Group Reporting, Governance & Strategic Finance

Oasis Group Holdings is seeking an experienced finance professional to take ownership of a broad and impactful finance leadership mandate within the Group.This opportunity is suited to a senior finance leader who combines strong technical accounting expertise with the ability to influence business decisions, strengthen governance frameworks, and partner with executive leadership.The successful candidate will play a key role in leading the Group's accounting function, enhancing financial reporting capabilities, driving process improvements, and supporting strategic decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Lead and strengthen the Group accounting function, ensuring effective governance, controls and operational excellenceOversee financial reporting, IFRS compliance, consolidations and statutory reporting requirementsReview and sign off management accounts, consolidated financial statements and financial reporting packsDrive budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and performance reporting processesPrepare and review reporting for Executive Management, Board and Audit Committee engagementsOversee treasury activities, cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning and stakeholder managementDevelop and improve finance processes, systems and automation initiativesEstablish and maintain robust internal controls, policies and proceduresProvide strategic financial insight and advice to support business decisionsLead, mentor and develop finance professionals across the organisationQualification and Experience:A professional finance qualification (CA(SA) preferred)Strong experience in financial reporting, IFRS and consolidationsProven experience leading finance/accounting functions or significant finance portfoliosExposure to governance, controls and executive-level reportingStrong analytical capability with the ability to translate financial information into business insightsThe confidence and maturity to engage with senior stakeholdersThe final position title will be aligned with the successful candidate's experience, capability and the breadth of responsibility assumed.CA(SA) | Group Financial Reporting | IFRS | Group Consolidations | Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) | Budgeting & Forecasting | Executive & Board Reporting | Treasury & Cash Flow Management | Internal Controls & Governance | Regulatory & Statutory Reporting | Tax Compliance | Corporate Finance | Finance Transformation | Process Improvement | Sage
