We seek a strategic and experienced Finance Manager to join our executive leadership team and drive financial excellence across our operations.Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & BudgetingPrepare annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts.Monitor actual performance versus budget and analyze variances.Provide financial insights and recommend corrective actions.Support long-term financial planning and business expansion initiatives.Accounting & Financial ReportingOversee day-to-day accounting operations (GL, AP, AR, Payroll).Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closing.Prepare financial statements in compliance with IFRS or local GAAP.Maintain integrity and accuracy of financial records.Financial Analysis & Business SupportAnalyze financial performance and profitability by department or project.Prepare management reports and dashboards for leadership review.Conduct cost analysis and identify efficiency improvement opportunities.Support investment evaluation and financial feasibility studies. Cash Flow & Treasury ManagementManage cash flow planning and liquidity.Oversee banking relationships and financing arrangements.Monitor receivables and payables to ensure healthy cash cycles.Control capital expenditure and financial commitments.Internal Controls & ComplianceImplement and maintain strong internal control systems.Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations.Coordinate with internal and external auditors.Monitor risk management processes.Team Leadership & DevelopmentLead and supervise the finance and accounting team.Conduct performance evaluations and training programs.Promote continuous improvement and financial discipline.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or MBA is preferred).Professional certification, such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CFA, is highly desirable.Minimum 8–10 years of senior financial leadership experience, preferably in the automotive, retail, or trading sector.Strong knowledge of financial regulations, budgeting, and financial analysis,Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.Fluency in Arabic is essential; English is a plus.Preferred Automotive Experience What We OfferSalary Range: 20000 AED– 25000 AEDDynamic and professional working environmentOpportunities for growth and development within a leading regional group
