Finance Manager (Big 4 Experienced)

Our client is looking for a Finance Manager to join their team in Abu Dhabi, UAE to oversee internal controls, financial reporting, budgeting, P&L and compliance.Key Responsibilities will Include:Lead financial strategy, governance, and cross-functional alignment to support organizational growth and transparency.Manage end-to-end financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, invoicing, and P&L oversight.Ensure compliance with UAE and international financial regulations, while maintaining strong internal controls and risk management practices.Utilize platforms such as Power BI and Dynamics 365 to deliver insights, automate reporting, and support decision-making.Mentor and lead a high-performing finance team focused on accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.Who we’re looking for:Must have a bachelor’s, higher degree in Finance, Accounting, or related Field CPA, ACCA, CA.Must have 8 years of professional accounting experience with 5+ years of managerial role.Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations.Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.Proficient in financial software and ERP systems; ability to lead system improvements.Excellent communication and collaboration skills across functions and geographies.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, process-improvement mindset.Fluent in English. (both written and spoken).
