Finance Manager / Chief Accountant

QAC Quality, a leading Egyptian exporter of premium fresh fruits and vegetables, is seeking a highly experienced Finance Manager / Chief Accountant to join our dynamic team in Alexandria, Egypt.At QAC Quality, we uphold "Global Standards, Local Roots" in every aspect of our operations, from the fields to financial management. We are looking for a strategic leader who can navigate complex financial landscapes, ensure tax compliance, and optimize our financial workflows.Key Responsibilities:• Manage daily accounting operations, financial consolidation, and oversee monthly/annual closings.• Prepare accurate financial statements (Balance Sheets, Income Statements, Cash Flow Statements) and coordinate with auditors.• Optimize financial policies, manage cash flow, and oversee financial data migration and daily operations on Odoo ERP.• Manage end-to-end import/export financial workflows (LCs, documentary collections, E-Port, LOCs).• Ensure tax compliance by preparing and filing all tax returns (VAT, Salary Tax, WHT, Corporate Tax) via ETA portals (E-Invoicing/E-Receipt).• Accurately calculate shipment costs, including landing costs (freight, customs, logistics) and perishable wastage/shrinkage.• Lead and manage the accounting team.Requirements:• Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Accounting (English Section). Professional certifications (CPA, CMA, ACCA) are highly preferred.• Experience: Minimum 10 years of solid financial accounting experience. Prior experience in export companies, especially fresh agriculture crops, is a huge plus.• Technical Skills: Mandatory hands-on experience with Odoo ERP (expert proficiency) and Microsoft Excel.• Knowledge: Strong understanding of local Egyptian tax laws, digital platforms, IFRS, and customs regulations.• Languages: Fluent English (written and spoken) for international correspondence.• Location: Must be a resident of Alexandria If you are an Alexandria-based finance expert ready to make a significant impact in a thriving export company, we invite you to apply!How to Apply:Please send your CV to:📧INFO@QAC-GROUP.COM
