Role: Finance ManagerLocation: DubaiSector: Real EstateWe are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our client, a growing real estate business in Dubai. This is a highly technical finance role requiring a strong understanding of financial accounting, reporting, internal controls, and compliance within the UAE regulatory environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, managing audits, overseeing VAT and Corporate Tax compliance, and maintaining adherence to applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.In addition to the technical accounting responsibilities, the role will play a key part in supporting the commercial performance of the business through robust financial planning and analysis. Responsibilities will include budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, cash flow management, performance reporting, and providing insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making. The Finance Manager will work closely with senior leadership to evaluate investments, monitor project profitability, and identify opportunities to improve financial performance.The ideal candidate will hold a professional accounting qualification and have significant finance experience, preferably within the real estate, property development, or construction sectors. A strong knowledge of UAE accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements is essential, alongside proven FP&A and commercial finance experience. The role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to partner effectively with stakeholders across the business.
