Finance Manager

We're looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join an exclusive luxury private members' club in Dubai. This is an exciting pre-opening opportunity to play a key role in establishing the finance function of a premium hospitality destination.Key Responsibilities:• Lead all finance and accounting operations• Establish financial controls, reporting, and budgeting processes• Manage accounts payable, receivable, payroll, petty cash, and bank reconciliations• Oversee procurement, supplier registration, and vendor management• Implement and manage POS/till systems, inventory, and stock control processes• Manage end-of-day (EOD) reporting and financial reviews• Coordinate payment gateways, subscription management, and system integrations• Work closely with HR on payroll and finance-related processes• Support pre-opening finance setup, SOPs, audits, and complianceWe're Looking For:• Previous experience as a Finance Manager or Assistant Finance Manager within luxury hospitality• Background in 5-star hotels, fine dining restaurants, luxury lifestyle venues, or private members' clubs• Strong knowledge of hospitality finance systems, procurement, inventory, and financial controls• Experience with POS systems (Micros/Simphony or similar), ERP/accounting software, and hospitality operations• Pre-opening experience is highly desirable• Candidates who are immediately available or on a short notice period will be preferred.
