Team members join a growing organization that values quality, innovation, and consumer trust.Role Description The Finance Manager at LET'S TRY will oversee daily financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support business growth. The role will involve preparing and analyzing financial statements, monitoring cash flow, and managing cost controls to ensure efficient use of resources. The Finance Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams on pricing strategies, inventory management, and business performance reviews, while ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, requiring active engagement with leadership on financial decision-making and periodic reporting. The position also includes responsibility for improving financial processes, supporting audits, and providing data-driven insights to guide strategic initiatives.Qualifications Strong skills in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, with the ability to analyze financial performance and support strategic decisions.Experience in accounting operations, including preparation of financial statements, ledger management, reconciliations, and adherence to applicable accounting standards.Proficiency in financial analysis tools and spreadsheets, with the ability to interpret data, build reports, and present clear insights to stakeholders.Knowledge of tax regulations, compliance requirements, internal controls, and audit processes relevant to a consumer goods or FMCG environment.Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership in a fast-paced setting.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to improving financial processes and systems.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (such as CA, CMA, or CPA) are an advantage.Prior experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar finance leadership role, ideally within FMCG, food and beverage, or related industries.
