Finance Manager

Job Title : Finance ManagerExperience : 6-8 YearsLocation : DelhiPosition SummaryThe Manager Finance will oversee all financial operations, including financial controllership, FP&A, compliance, treasury, and tax filing requirements. This role will manage corporate expenses and the financial needs of the travel verticals, ensuring streamlined processes for AP/AR, vendor payouts, cash flow management, and audit readiness.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee AP/AR processes to ensure timely and accurate transactions.Lead monthly book closures, reconciliations, and financial reporting.Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses for corporate and travel verticals.Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other tax regulations, and oversee accurate filings.Manage cash flow and treasury operations, optimizing working capital.Negotiate with vendors for favourable payment terms and manage large-scale vendor payouts.Supervise external and internal audits, ensuring readiness and compliance.Develop and implement robust financial processes and systems for scalability.QualificationsRequired:CA/MBA in Finance or equivalent professional qualification.6-8 years of experience in financial management, including controllership and compliance.Proficiency in advanced Excel and exposure to one or more ERP systems (SAP, Oracle NetSuite) Proven ability to manage financial operations at scale, including audits and tax filings.PreferredExperience in the travel or hospitality industrySkills & CompetenciesDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and timely deliverables.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
