This position is well-suited to professionals from Big 4 audit/advisory backgrounds or real estate/investment groups seeking a high-impact leadership role within a diversified corporate structureKey ResponsibilitiesLead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning activitiesDeliver accurate FP&A insights, variance analysis, and management reportingOversee internal controls over financial reporting (ICOFR) aligned with COSO/IFRSManage group cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationshipsSupport financing, restructuring, and investment evaluation initiativesDevelop financial models and feasibility studies for key projectsCoordinate property and asset valuations with external consultantsEnsure timely month-end close, including accruals, impairments, and profitability analysisDrive continuous improvement in financial systems, processes, and governanceLead and develop finance team members to ensure high performanceKey RequirementsBachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related fieldProfessional qualification preferred: ACCA, CPA, CMA, ACA, or CFA8- 10 years of experience in Finance, Audit, or AccountingMinimum 5 years in a managerial or leadership roleStrong preference for Big 4 (audit/advisory) or real estate/investment group experienceExperience in large, diversified, or listed organizations preferredStrong background in FP&A, treasury, and financial reporting controls
