💼 Finance Manager 📍 HSR Layout, Bangalore💰 Salary: Up to ₹12 LPA🕒 Full-time | In-office | Monday–FridayWe are an early-stage Consumer AI startup looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead and manage the company's finance, accounting, compliance, and strategic financial operations.You'll be responsible for overseeing the complete finance function—from accounting, budgeting, taxation, and statutory compliance to MIS reporting, payroll, fundraising support, and financial planning. You'll work closely with the founders to build scalable financial processes that support rapid business growth.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, and can balance day-to-day financial operations with long-term strategic planning.What You'll DoOwn the end-to-end finance and accounting operations of the company.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.Develop financial models, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.Monitor company cash flow, working capital, and financial health.Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, reconciliations, and treasury operations.Oversee payroll processing, employee reimbursements, and vendor payments.Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, MCA, and other statutory compliances.Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, auditors, bankers, and legal advisors.Support fundraising activities by preparing financial models, investor reports, due diligence documents, and data rooms.Analyze business performance and provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.Build and improve internal financial controls, processes, and reporting systems.Work closely with founders on pricing, budgeting, profitability, and business planning.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency.Support board meetings and prepare financial reports for investors and stakeholders.What We're Looking For3–6 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Corporate Finance, or Financial Planning.Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and statutory compliance.Experience handling GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, payroll, audits, and banking operations.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.Experience with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.Ability to independently manage multiple finance functions with minimal supervision.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience working in a startup or high-growth company is highly preferred.CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), or Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.Why Join Us?Work directly with the founders and core leadership team.Own and build the finance function from the ground up.Play a key role in fundraising, financial strategy, and business growth.Fast-paced environment with significant learning and career growth opportunities.Be part of building the next generation of consumer AI products.
