We're Hiring | Finance Manager📍 Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE💰 Salary: AED 15,000 – 16,000 per monthWe are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead finance operations, financial planning, compliance, and business partnering for a leading retail and edutainment organization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing multi-store finance operations while driving financial performance and process improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day finance and accounting operations across multiple business units.Manage AP, AR, General Ledger, cash flow, treasury, payroll coordination, and financial reporting.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.Drive budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning.Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations, statutory requirements, and internal controls.Partner with business leaders to improve profitability and support strategic decision-making.Lead audits, strengthen finance processes, and drive finance transformation initiatives.Mentor and manage the finance team while ensuring operational excellence.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration.Professional Qualification: CMA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or CA Inter.8–12 years of Finance & Accounting experience (maximum 15 years).Minimum 5 years of Retail industry experience (Mandatory).Hands-on experience managing multi-store finance operations.Strong knowledge of IFRS, budgeting, financial reporting, VAT, cash flow management, and audits.UAE experience is highly preferred.Interested candidates can share their updated CV to the mentioned mail id (maria.j@stancosolutions.com)
