Job Description – Unit Finance ManagerPosition: Unit Finance ManagerDepartment: Finance & AccountsLocation: Ramada by Wyndham, GT Road, AligarhSalary: ₹50,000 per monthAbout the Role:Ramada by Wyndham Aligarh is looking for an experienced Unit Finance Manager to oversee the hotel's financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in hotel accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, cost control, statutory compliance, and revenue analysis. The role requires close coordination with all operational departments, including Front Office, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Purchase, and Stores, to ensure financial efficiency and profitability.Key Responsibilities:Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the hotel.Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability across all departments.Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts.Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.Supervise Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation.Monitor cash flow, daily revenue, and fund management.Control food cost, beverage cost, and operational expenses.Coordinate with Purchase and Stores for inventory control and stock audits.Conduct internal audits and ensure adherence to company financial policies.Support external audits and statutory audits.Analyze departmental performance and recommend cost-saving initiatives.Work closely with department heads to improve financial performance.Ensure timely payroll coordination and vendor payments.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or a related field.CA Inter, CMA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification will be preferred.5–8 years of finance and accounting experience, with at least 2–3 years in the hotel or hospitality industry.Strong knowledge of hotel accounting practices and financial controls.Experience with hotel PMS, POS systems, and accounting software (IDS, Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar).Good knowledge of GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.Preferred Experience:Candidates with experience in hotels, resorts, or hospitality chains will be given preference.
