This role is ideal for a qualified finance professional with strong leadership capabilities, extensive knowledge of UAE financial regulations, IFRS reporting, UAE VAT and CT regulations, and experience managing finance teams within a dynamic business environment.The successful candidate will play a key role in financial planning, reporting, compliance, and decision-making while supervising subordinate accountants and supporting the Group's continued expansion.What You'll DoLead and oversee the accounting and finance function across Al Raya Group.Take ownership of monthly, quarterly and the annual closing process and prepare year-end IFRS compliant financial statements and other reports as required by management.Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning for the group.Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE tax regulations, and statutory requirements.Liaise with and handle auditors, banks, and government authorities.Implement and maintain effective financial controls and reporting processes.Provide financial analysis, investment appraisal and strategic recommendations to senior management.Identify financial risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies. What We OfferCompetitive salary of AED 8,000 – AED 10,000 per month.Career development and advancement opportunities.A collaborative and professional working environment.The opportunity to contribute to the financial compliance, strategy and growth of a rapidly expanding organization.Who Should Apply Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of finance and accounting experience, of which, at least 1 year is in a supervisory roleNative-level fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.Professional working level proficiency in English.Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE financial regulations, tax regulations and accounting practices.Experience supervising direct reports and finance teams.Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CA etc are an advantage.Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.Apply in ConfidenceIf you are an experienced finance professional looking to take the next step in your career and contribute to the growth of a dynamic organization, we invite you to apply and become part of Al Raya Group.
