They are recognized for their commitment to quality, technical excellence, and advanced healthcare products and solutions.ABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking a proactive, experienced, strategic, and hands-on Finance Manager to establish, organize, and lead the company's Accounting and Finance Department. The candidate will be responsible for building a robust finance function that supports the organization's overall business objectives while ensuring financial integrity, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. The role will work closely with senior management and all business departments to provide accurate financial information, improve profitability, support strategic decision-making, and drive sustainable business growth.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESFinance Department LeadershipEstablish and lead the Accounting & Finance Department, including structure, reporting lines, and team development.Recruit, mentor, and evaluate finance personnel while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.Develop finance policies, SOPs, internal controls, and ensure effective collaboration across business functions.Financial Management & AccountingOversee all accounting operations, including the General Ledger, month-end and year-end closing, and financial reporting.Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and company policies.Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial records while monitoring financial performance and recommending corrective actions.Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial PlanningLead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.Monitor budget performance, analyze financial variances, and provide insights to support strategic business decisions.Prepare financial reports and presentations.Cash Flow & Treasury ManagementManage cash flow, working capital, liquidity, and banking relationships.Prepare cash flow forecasts, oversee financing activities, and optimize cash utilization while minimizing financial risks.Cost Accounting & Manufacturing FinanceManage manufacturing cost accounting, including standard costing, cost variance analysis, and product costing.Monitor manufacturing costs to improve profitability and support pricing decisions.Partner with Operations and Production to enhance cost efficiency and operational performance.Inventory & Supply Chain FinanceOversee inventory valuation, reconciliation, physical counts, and stock audits.Monitor inventory performance and collaborate with Procurement, Warehouse, Production, and Supply Chain teams to strengthen inventory controls.Compliance, Audit & TaxationEnsure compliance with IFRS, ZATCA, VAT, statutory reporting, and corporate governance requirements.Lead internal and external audits and strengthen internal controls.Ensure timely tax filings and regulatory compliance.ERP Systems & Process ImprovementLead ERP implementation and optimization initiatives while driving financial process automation and system integration.Improve reporting accuracy and identify opportunities to enhance operational and financial efficiency.Strategic Financial LeadershipServe as a strategic financial advisor to senior management, supporting business planning, expansion, and investment decisions.Develop financial KPIs, evaluate business performance, and participate in executive decision-making to drive profitability and sustainable growth.REQUIREMENTSEducationBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.CPA, CMA, ACCA or an equivalent professional qualification is highly preferred.MBA or Master's Degree in Finance or Business Administration is an advantage.ExperienceMinimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.Minimum 5 years in a Finance Manager or senior finance leadership position.Proven experience in establishing, organizing, or restructuring an Accounting and Finance Department.Experience in manufacturing, trading, distribution, engineering, or project-based organizations is highly preferred.Experience implementing or improving ERP systems.Technical SkillsFinancial Reporting (IFRS)Budgeting & ForecastingFinancial Planning & AnalysisCost AccountingInventory AccountingManufacturing CostingCash Flow & Treasury ManagementInternal ControlsFinancial ModelingERP Systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or equivalent)Advanced Microsoft ExcelMicrosoft Power BI or other reporting tools is an advantageAttributesStrong leadership and team-building skills.Excellent strategic planning and business acumen.Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Strong decision-making and negotiation skills.Continuous improvement mindset.
