Finance Manager

We are hiring Finance Manager for a reputable Clinic located in Riyadh The Finance Manager must possess comprehensive knowledge and practical expertise in Saudi financial regulations, taxation, and compliance frameworks, including those governed by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority and the Ministry of Commerce, with full responsibility for ensuring accurate financial reporting in accordance with IFRS standards as adopted in Saudi Arabia; The role must oversee budgeting, financial planning, cash flow management, and cost control, ensure compliance with Zakat and VAT regulations, manage audits and statutory filings, and maintain proper financial records aligned with legal and regulatory requirements. Additionally, The Finance Manager must establish internal financial policies, enforce governance and internal controls, support strategic decision-making through financial analysis, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives, supported by a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, relevant certifications (e.g., SOCPA, CPA, ACCA preferred).Experience : 3+ years of experience within Saudi Arabia.
